I worked with Carlos Taylor on the sale of a piece of real estate from a decedent’s estate. He was very thorough, and he did a great job keeping me informed regarding the sale process, issues that arose, and he provided suggestions for the best way to address the issues. We got two offers at the same time. One had no contingencies and was ready to close right away. The other was a VA loan, but the purchaser was offering $10,000 more than the other party. I was going to go with the lower offer to avoid the hassle of the VA loan process. Carlos convinced me to work with the party with the VA loan. Carlos worked hard and promptly with the purchaser and his agent to resolve the issues raised by the VA appraiser. When all was said and done, the estate came away with $9,000 more (after paying a contractor to resolve the issues noted by the appraiser) than it would have. I highly recommend Carlos if you are looking to purchase or sell a property. He did a great job.
