Metro Detroit is an amazing area and we’re proud to call it home. Because we love living and working here in Metro Detroit Michigan so much, it makes it easy to help local families and investors buy and sell local properties.

Knowing the local Metro Detroit Michigan real estate market like the back of our hand should be a given for any real estate professional you consider working with. Market knowledge can be the difference between you overpaying or getting a great deal, finding the right property or missing it, and buying a property fully informed or missing critical things during inspection that can cost you.

But where we take it farther is our focus on you having an amazing buying or selling experience so you can focus on living life.

Let us worry about the details.

Meet the Team

Michael Dimitrieski – Associate Broker

Hi! My interest and passion for real estate started early. Growing up I was exposed to the commercial side of real estate through my family’s business and real estate holdings. As a young kid I would spend my Sunday’s making the rounds with my father checking on our family’s retail plaza. I was in charge of the exterior clean-up (mainly picking up garbage/debris) while my dad went to go meet with the tenants.

My exposure to residential real estate started young. Our family moved quite a bit throughout Metro Detroit. I was always around the kitchen table when the Realtor came to discuss listing our home, and I loved tagging along with my parents to go shopping for homes.

The seeds were planted!

While working as a personal banker I had the opportunity of meeting a lot of great people. I always loved the relationship part of the business, meeting and learning people. During this time is when the seed started to grow. I developed some unofficial mentorships with some of our clients. I noticed a common theme with our high net worth clients, owning real estate.

I obtained my real estate license in 2006 with a goal of buying real estate investment properties. From 2006 to 2008 there was a lot of learning. I realized there was so much more to this real estate gig than I originally thought, but I was hooked.

Then came the recession. The market shift. So many agents and brokers started leaving the industry, both in the real estate and mortgage industry. I didn’t want to do anything else but real estate and saw opportunity. I went to work with an independent broker, WGA Realty, and assisted the broker/owner in developing an investor division and REO/Bank Owned division. I worked with investors, locally and internationally, to develop portfolios that adhere to their investment goals. Provided support for activities and initiatives related to asset acquisition, development, rehabilitation, management and disposition.

In 2009 while I worked closely with investors, as the housing market continued to plummet and unemployment rising with a weak economy I shifted my focus to helping distressed homeowners, consulting them on what options are available and to ultimately avoid foreclosure. I took the lead implementing a short sale division at WGA Realty and helped homeowners with a legitimate hardship avoid foreclosure.

Real estate is more to me than just a transaction involving a home or property. I have spent the better part of 18+ years working with buyers and sellers, but more importantly working with people. Whether you’re looking to buy an investment property, or your kids moved out and you need to downsize, or if you’re a first-time homebuyer. I realize every situation is different and unique to each person and family. My family owning a business for 40 plus years in Detroit, and living all around Metro Detroit gives me a very broad knowledge of every market in Metro Detroit. I am passionate about real estate and helping people and grateful for every opportunity I have to help you!

Carlos Taylor – Realtor

My introduction to real estate started when I was 14 and working as a caddy at a country club. During my long conversations with members I noticed a theme, a lot of them were involved in real estate and entrepreneurship, which intrigued me. During this time I learned a lot about building relationships with very successful people and was exposed to many different paths in life.

I ended up going to Eastern Michigan University and majoring in supply chain management and marketing, which led to a job in logistics sales. At that job, along with sales and account management, I led national training in market analysis for new hires and produced weekly reports that were shared company-wide on market trends and pricing forecasts.

After a few years of working in logistics I needed a change, and wanted to serve my local community, so I became a police officer. My timing could not have been worse, as I was hired in March of 2020. During my time in law enforcement I learned a lot about myself, as well as the world. I was exposed to some unspeakable tragedies while also witnessing the most raw forms of humanity.

In my very average and brief career I was blessed to be in a position where I connected with a group of former cops whose mission is to support first responders in starting careers in real estate. They believe that the people skills you learn as a first responder and the ability to handle yourself in moments of chaos translate very well to real estate, so I took the plunge, getting my real estate license in 2023.

I had a couple traditional residential transactions right away, which were a blessing, but I wanted to learn more about the entire suite of services you can offer in real estate. Eventually this led to conversations with one of my closest jiu jitsu training partners, Mike Dimitrieski from Property Marketplace.

As you read above, Mike has been there and done that in all facets of the real estate realm, and I wanted to learn from him. Mike and I have a very aligned vision of the world and how we want to do this business, and it is a natural fit.

We will never pitch you on buying or selling if it is not the right situation for you. Everyone is in different life circumstances, and we will approach every opportunity with a tailored approach, custom fit to your needs. Our mantra of people over profits is the cornerstone of how we conduct this business, and we would be happy to sit down and discuss that with you.
